Leah
Integrative Therapist
I'm Leah, a qualified integrative therapist, and I ground my work in compassion, acceptance and patience. I know that beginning therapy can feel like a daunting step — sitting with someone you've never met and sharing parts of your life that feel painful, confusing or deeply personal. I've been there myself, unsure of how speaking to a stranger could make any difference. Over time, that space became somewhere I could breathe, understand myself more fully, and begin to heal.
That experience shaped my belief in the power of being truly heard and gently held, and it led me to this work. I am particularly passionate about supporting people living with complex trauma. I understand how trauma can shape the nervous system, relationships and sense of self, and I approach this work with deep respect for the courage it takes to explore those experiences. My aim is always to offer a steady, compassionate presence where you can move at your own pace, feel safe enough to explore what hurts, and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or overwhelmed.
I offer a warm, understanding and accepting space where you can offload, explore your experiences, and begin to understand yourself in new and meaningful ways. This is your space — a place to be met without judgement, supported with care, and accompanied as you begin your own journey toward healing, self-compassion and self-discovery.
I am an integrative therapist, simply put that means I tailor client sessions to each individual client and to each session. I have training and knowledge of various theories and concepts of therapeutic work, allowing me to pull different aspects of each to provide clients with therapeutic sessions that are as unique as each client is.
